We are excited to have teamed up with legendary chef, Brian Turner to tell the story of the Fuller’s Sunday roast and all the touches that make our roasts a cut above the rest.

From our carefully sourced ingredients to our passionate people, we pride ourselves in delivering everything that makes a Sunday special and even better when you can share these moments with family and friends. That’s why we’ve introduced Share Sundays.


A Sunday roast is so much more than just a plate of food on the table and to transform amazing ingredients into the perfect Sunday roast every time requires a great team in the kitchen. Here at Fuller’s, there’s a team of talented chefs in every kitchen with all the skills to make sure we serve the perfect roast every time. Trained through the Fuller’s Chefs' Guild, our teams use their wide range of skills and knowledge to bring Share Sundays to life.


However iconic the pub or skilled the chef, you cannot create a great Sunday roast without brilliant seasonal ingredients. We’re proud to work with an array of British producers who ensure we have the best raw ingredients to make every Sunday one to savour.


All the meat comes from our trusted supplier Owton’s - a family business based in Hampshire with over 750 years of heritage, who work with over 40 farmers to provide us with a farm to fork service, sourcing the best quality cuts from farms across Southern England.


Everyone has their own take on what makes a Sunday roast special. Whether it’s the setting, the cut of meat, the roast potato recipe, or the vegetables you serve it with – everyone has their own opinion. So to make things easier, this Autumn you’ll find sharing roasts on our menus, and plenty of extra gravy and Yorkshire puddings available to make every Sunday a treat for everyone.
