The ingredients for our Christmas menus are carefully selected from the best local suppliers in the country, such as our Usk Vale turkey, reared by the Davis family for over 30 years in Monmouthshire. Plus, with a range of dishes only available at Fuller's, such as our smoked salmon from Gloucestershire's Severn & Wye Smokery that is cured with Fuller's London Porter, you'll be sure that thought and care has gone into every dish for your party.
