We take taste personally

You can always expect delicious, freshly prepared food in a Fuller’s pub, made from seasonal ingredients that are sourced locally wherever possible. Our highly trained chefs care deeply about what they do, and each pub offers a range of imaginative dishes, expertly cooked daily in our kitchens. Served in characterful surroundings, with warm hospitality and delicious drinks on tap, we believe our food is a cut well above the usual pub grub. 

Freshly cooked breakfast

We know that a leisurely hotel breakfast is one of life’s great pleasures – so at every one of our hotels, you can indulge in a start to the day that’s a world away from bland hotel breakfasts. Always freshly cooked to order, our ingredients are something to shout about, including meat provided by Hampshire farmers, and free-range eggs cooked exactly how you like them. With options including stacks of fluffy pancakes and veggie full English breakfasts, our menu offers the perfect fuel for a day of discovery.

Quality coffee

We wanted to make sure our guests enjoyed the very best coffee we could find. So we've teamed up with famous chef Ashley Palmer-Watts' Artisan Coffee Co, available from the comfort of your room. A lighter roast gives a fuller flavour, and our carefully selected beans produce a rich, flavourful coffee that ideal for kick-starting your day or enjoying with one of our desserts.

 

The finest local ingredients

Great food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we’ve taken the time to source the finest produce from our trusted British suppliers. Whether it’s meat from the award-winning Owton’s family butchers in Hampshire, salmon and haddock from the Severn & Wye Smokery, or fresh, creamy buffalo mozzarella and organic ice cream from Laverstoke Park Farm, you can be sure we’ve put thought and care into where every mouthful of your food comes from. Delicious.

Meet the chef

Creating quality Fuller’s dishes takes skill, imagination, and a bit of a perfectionist streak. So we look for these qualities in all the chefs who staff our Fuller’s Kitchens. Our motto is, ‘Every dish is a signature dish,’ and our head chefs are rightly proud of the meals they create. They sign their name on every menu, as a personal seal of quality.

Beer in our DNA

Fuller’s started life as brewers in 1845 at our historic Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, and it means we’re truly passionate about the quality of our beer. Each and every one of our pubs serves a fantastic pint, including the renowned London Pride, and we push our publicans to strive for perfection by obtaining Master Cellarman accreditation.

Drinks for every taste

Although we’re famous for beer, we take the same pride in every drink we serve. We source bottles for our first-class wine lists from all over the world, and stock premium spirits served with delicious,thirst-quenching mixers. Our refreshing ciders are second to none, we provide a range of interesting soft drinks, and some of our pubs offer a dedicated cocktail menu, too. There really is something for everyone.
