Christmas 2025 Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (Fuller’s) to host your Christmas celebration. We’re looking forward to welcoming you.

Please find our Terms and Conditions outlined below. We kindly ask that you read through them carefully and reach out if you have any questions or would like to discuss any details.

Please note: Some Fuller’s venues may have additional or updated terms specific to their site, and many sites will require larger events to sign a contract at the time of booking. The specific terms will take precedence over those listed here.



DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
To confirm a Christmas booking (including Christmas Day and Boxing Day) we require a minimum deposit of £10 per person. This secures the booking and is redeemable against your bill on the day of your event. For larger events, the deposit may be a percentage of the required minimum spend, and you should refer to any separate contract from the venue team. Deposits can be paid online by card or BACS transfer.

Full payment for your drinks and meal is payable no later than on the day of the event, except in the following cases:

* Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve bookings – please see sections below for details.
* Bookings whereby individuals are paying for themselves, which may require full pre-payment as dictated by the venue team.
* Large or contracted events, which may request full package payment up to 30 days in advance as dictated by the venue team.

CANCELLATIONS (EXCLUDING CHRISTMAS DAY)
We understand that things don’t always go to plan. However, if you do need to cancel your booking with us, we would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible.

If you have paid a deposit or if we have taken a pre-authorisation from you, this will not be refunded if the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to your booking for table bookings, and  within 14 days prior to your booking for larger Christmas parties.

Please note that for Christmas dining bookings cancellation within 24 hours of your booking date may incur full payment charge at the discretion of the venue. For Christmas Party bookings, please refer to your contract for full cancellation terms.

PRE-ORDERS & MENU CHOICES
As Christmas is a very busy time, we kindly require a full pre-order for dining bookings at least 72 hours in advance for parties of up to 10 guests, with guest names alongside their food choices.

For party bookings, or dining bookings of more than 10 guests, please ensure your pre-order is submitted at least one week before your booking date. For larger bookings of more than 10 guests, please refer to your contract for the correct pre-order timeline.

For bookings made less than 72 hours in advance, or if you have not submitted a pre-order within the time frames set out, we are unable to guarantee your menu choices, but will always do our best to accommodate them.

We also recommend that you pre-order drinks for your booking to save time on the day, and to guarantee specific products. Our venues offer drinks packages that are perfect for your special occasion.

For dining bookings, we will send you a pre-order link to place and manage the pre-orders for you and your guests. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when you submit your food order so we can plan accordingly. If you need information on allergens, please ask and we will be happy to provide this information.

MINIMUM SPENDS
Your booking may be subject to a minimum spend requirement, which may vary depending on the date or weekday chosen. This information will be provided to you at the time of your enquiry. The minimum spend will include all food and drink spend for your group but excludes service charge, unless stated otherwise by the venue. To ensure your minimum spend is tracked, you may be asked to run a single bar tab for the group. If a minimum spend is not met on the day of your event, you will be required to pay the difference and/or forfeit your deposit. For further information, please refer to your contract.

CHRISTMAS DAY & NEW YEAR’S EVE
Following payment of the relevant deposit, all Christmas Day bookings require full up-front payment by Monday 30th November 2026, and New Year’s Eve bookings require full up-front payment by Thursday 17th December 2026. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Bookings can be held provisionally prior to this date at the venue’s discretion. You may be asked by the venue to release or confirm a booking at any time if we have other customers ready to confirm. In this case, if we do not hear back from you within an allotted timeframe, your provisional booking will be removed.

SERVICE CHARGE
Please note that a discretionary 12.5% service charge will normally be applied to your bill. This will be clearly stated on your final receipt.
