Colleague Inndulgence Card

The Inndulgence card is a special perk exclusively for our Fuller's team members. It gives you a discount on your bill for food or drinks at any Fuller’s Managed Pub or Hotel. Just show your card when you’re settling the bill to enjoy your discount. Use it when you’re treating friends, spending time with family, or unwinding after a shift.

This card is our way of saying thanks for all the amazing work you do at Fuller's. And don't forget; you can use it to explore all the great pubs and places that are part of the Fuller's family.

Terms & Conditions

This card is available to all permanent team members after four weeks of continuous employment. If you’re on a fixed-term temporary contract of less than 12 weeks, this benefit does not apply.

• Enjoy discounts on your total bill for food or drinks at any participating Fuller’s managed pub or hotel, including Cotswold Inns & Hotels, and Bel & The Dragon.

• Your discount starts at 25% for the first year, increases to 30% after one year, 35% after three years, and reaches 40% after five years.

• You can use your card for groups of up to 12 people, including yourself.

• If you are working, you can use your card to purchase food and soft drinks during your breaks. Please ensure that another team member serves you.

• The lnndulgence card is for your personal use and you must be present during its use. It cannot be used by anyone else in your absence.

• Discounts do not apply to food in managed pubs with food franchises, although drinks are still included. The card is also not valid on Christmas Day or Mother’s Day.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol with the card.

• The card has no monetary value and cannot be combined with other offers, but it can be used alongside Fuller’s gift vouchers.

• Please have your card with you as copies and duplicates are not accepted. You may be asked to show additional identification.

• The lnndulgence card should not be used if you are claiming back the cost of food and drinks as a business expense.

• If you lose your card, please contact the People Team at [email protected] immediately. We will replace your first card free of charge; subsequent replacements will incur a £5 administration fee.

• Any breaches of these terms may lead to the withdrawal of your lnndulgence Card and could be considered a serious breach of company policy.

• The lnndulgence card remains the property of Fuller’s and must be returned if your employment with us ends.

• We reserve the right to decline issuance, cancel the card, or amend these terms as necessary.

• We encourage responsible drinking and remind you to always consider your wellbeing and that of others.
