What if I hold shares in a nominee account?

If you are holding your shares in a nominee account other than through Computershare, then you must contact your account provider with any questions about your shareholding. Computershare has no visibility of your account, and it is subject to your account provider’s terms and conditions.

Where can I find my shareholder reference number (SRN)?

Your shareholder reference number (SRN) is an 11 digit number, which can be found on most of the correspondence sent to you by the registrar including emails. Alternatively, this will be on any share certificates you may hold. You should quote this number in all communications with the registrar.

Can I manage my shares online?

Yes, you can do this via the Computershare Investor Centre* portal. Once you’ve registered, you will be able to access your shareholder account online where you can:

  • Find details of dividends paid, shares purchased and shares sold
  • Update your personal details (e.g. address and bank details)
  • Arrange for dividends to be paid directly into your bank account
  • Sell your shares.

How can I confirm the number of shares that I hold?

Contact Computershare to confirm the number of shares you hold. You can do this by:

How can I transfer ownership of my shares to someone else?

To arrange the transfer of ownership, you will need to complete a stock transfer form and send it to Computershare along with your share certificate(s). You can contact Computershare directly or via your broker or bank.

Note: Where the transfer is for cash consideration, you will need to send the stock transfer form to your local HM Revenue & Customs office for stamping. For further information please contact Computershare or go to www.gov.uk/tax-buy-shares.

What should I do if I have lost/misplaced my share certificate?

Share certificates are evidence of your ownership and should be kept in a safe place. You will need them if you want to sell all or some of your shares in the future.

How can I register for electronic communications?

We encourage our shareholders to receive their shareholder communications and documents electronically and via our website. This is quicker for you and helps us to reduce our impact on the environment. It’s easy to register for electronic communications, simply:

  2. Sign up to receive electronic communications.
  3. You will now automatically receive an email when shareholder documents are published on our website, including our Annual Report.

I have not received my last dividend cheque. What should I do?

You may wish to have future dividends paid directly into your bank or building society account. Computershare will advise how you can do that.

I have found an out-of-date dividend cheque. What can I do?

Dividend cheques must be cashed within 12 months of issue. After this time, they need to be reissued. You can do this by contacting Computershare, by phone or in writing, and returning the original cheque to them.

Can I take my dividend in shares?

No, Fuller’s does not offer this option.

Shareholder Benefits

As a shareholder, what am I entitled to?

If you hold more than 1000 'A' or 'C' ordinary shares, or more than 10,000 'B' ordinary shares, subject to certain terms and conditions, you may be eligible to receive a shareholder Inndulgence card.

The Shareholder Inndulgence Card entitles the bearer to a 15% discount on food and drinks in any of our managed pubs and hotels including Bel & The Dragon and Cotswolds Inns & Hotels. It also offers a 15% discount on the Best Flexible Rate or Standard Flexible B&B Rate for Beautiful Bedrooms by Fuller’s and Bel & The Dragon accommodation.

Calendar

When are your results announcements?

We usually announce out preliminary results in June and our half year results in November of each year. Once available, they will appear on our Financial Reports page.

When and where does the next shareholder’s AGM take place

Our AGM is usually held in July of each year at one of our London pubs. Further details will be published on our AGM page following the publication of the notice of meeting.

When does Fuller's pay its dividends?

In January and July of each year - if applicable.

Our Listing on the Stock Exchange

Which exchanges is Fuller’s listed on?

Fuller’s ‘A’ Ordinary shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

What is the stock symbol for Fuller’s?

The stock symbol for Fuller’s ‘A’ Ordinary shares on the LSE is FSTA.

Why did Fuller’s share price change significantly in August 2007?

A five for two share split, approved by shareholders on 24 July 2007 at the Company’s AGM was completed on 6 August 2007.

October 2019 Return of Capital – CGT Guide

Following the completion of the D Share Scheme described in the circular to shareholders dated 6 September 2019 (available in the 2019 General Meeting section of the website) this is a guidance note in respect of the UK capital gains tax treatment for individual Ordinary Shareholders of the Return of Capital by way of D Share Scheme. The guidance note is addressed to all shareholders, but is intended to provide UK tax guidance for the benefit of those individual Ordinary Shareholders who held Ordinary Shares at the record time for entitlement to D Shares pursuant to the D Share Scheme (i.e. 6.00 p.m. on 1 October 2019).
