Lucky Saint x Fuller’s Bar Tab Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is FULLER, SMITH AND TURNER P.L.C. (Fuller’s or Promoter), Pier House, 86-93 Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick, London W4 3NN.
- ELIGIBILITY
2.1 This promotion is open to over-18s only.
2.2 Employees, officers and representatives of Fuller’s or any of its subsidiaries or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
2.3 Internet access is required to enter.
2.4 The winner and guest must be over 18 years and ID may be required at the point of redemption
- HOW TO ENTER
3.1 This promotion commences on 3 January 2024 and closes 31 January 2024.
3.2 Purchase a pint of Lucky Saint at your local Fuller’s pub and enter by filling in this form on the Fuller’s website.
3.3 By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
3.4 Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid.
- PRIZE
4.1 The “Prize” is one of 20 x £100 bar tabs, to be delivered in the form of gift vouchers or bar credit to be used in a Fuller’s Managed pub or a specified Fuller’s Tenanted pub.
4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative or any other reward.
4.4 To be redeemed by 31 December 2024. Proof of purchase may be required.
- THE DRAW
5.1 Winners will be selected by the Fuller’s Marketing Team by 2 February 2024.
5.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via telephone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence with entrants. Entries that do not comply fully with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these terms and conditions.
5.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.
5.5 The winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address set out in clause 1.1 or by emailing [email protected] within one month after the closing date of the promotion.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
6.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
- DATA PROTECTION
7.1 In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, Fuller’s is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the competition and its prize.
7.2 Fuller’s will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to administer the competition and select an individual to receive the prize. Fuller’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
7.3 Fuller’s will share your personal data with the restaurant and hotel proprietor in order to fulfil the redemption of the prize.
7.4 For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

- GENERAL
8.1 These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Promoter, including advertising and promotional material.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or to amend these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.4 Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
