Our pubs are as unique as the people that run them, and it is important to us that we are sure that both the pub and the type of agreement, is right for you.
Five Year Turnover Agreement
You pay rent based on the turnover of your business. We work closely with you to maximise your sales. The percentage of turnover you pay is fixed and not subject to annual indexation.
Key features:
- A five-year fixed agreement, opted out of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
- Flexibility of notice periods
- Minimum £8,000 deposit
- Purchase of fixtures and fittings (inventory) or potential for rental agreement
- Fuller’s remains responsible for the majority of the property repairs
- Fuller’s own award-winning ales, lagers and ciders and a broad range of quality local brewers
- Iconic soft drinks brands from Fever Tree and Cornish Orchards, with heavily discounted prices from our nominated suppliers.
- Enhanced discounts on beer and cider
- A rental agreement that gives flexibility during weaker trading periods

Five Year Agreement
You pay a fixed amount of rent which is subject to indexation each year. We currently cap this indexation at 3%.
