Count your lucky stars if you’re local to Shoreditch and Spitalfields - we’ve just opened our brand new pub, The Astronomer, in neighbouring Bishopsgate.
Formerly The Shooting Star, the pub has undergone a stylish refurbishment over the past two months, and has now re-opened under the watchful gaze of General Manager, Indra Andrikonyte.
Launching with a stunning new look based on the atmospheric mood of the night sky, The Astronomer remains one of our Ale & Pie pubs, serving up award-winning pies and fresh food alongside Fuller’s ales and craft beers from around the world.
Cocktails, wines and premium spirits are also on offer here, with the new-look basement bar known as ‘The Hubble Room’ set to be one of Spitalfield’s newest hotspots - open until the early hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
A special setting for celebrations, The Hubble Room is also available for private hire for up to 100 guests.
The new-look Astronomer isn’t just about late nights though - it’s great for early mornings too. New extended opening hours mean the pub will now be open seven days a week from as early as 8am, serving a superb breakfast menu to start your day in style.
