Red Fox seasonal ale back in Pubs

Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., the London brewer and premium pub company, is today releasing its latest instalment of its seasonal calendar, Red Fox. Described as an Autumn Red Ale, this unique ale perfectly bridges the gap from summer to winter with fruity flavours and a rich, ruby colour.

First brewed in 1999, Red Fox offers a forest fruit aroma but with a biscuit, caramel taste that gives a warming quality to the drinker. The fruitiness is extenuated by the use of Fuller’s yeast, which brings recognisable orange characteristics to the beer while a Malty base adds a toasty finish.

Georgina Young, Brewing Manager, said: “Red Fox has a very close following and is among our most popular seasonal ales. With a strong malty base and fruity aromas, the beer is perfect for many different occasions and would match well with hearty dishes like Venison, Pork or Lamb.” 

Red Fox will be available from 28th September until the 27th November at your local Fuller’s pub.
