What made you want to join us? 

I was looking for apprenticeships and I really liked cooking. I’m very glad I chose to work at Fullers because I actually get to cook with fresh food – not boil in the bag stuff.

What are your team like? 

I like the people I work with! I’m quite lucky that I’ve found a kitchen where everyone supports each other – no one’s left out – everyone works together as one tight knit group.

What would you say to people thinking about doing an apprenticeship? 

It’s paid learning – so you’re going to learn and earn at the same time. You can’t really lose with an apprenticeship!
