Can I receive my proceeds from the Return of Capital in any format other than a cheque?
Yes. You can ask the registrars for a form to fill in, instructing them to pay your dividend direct into your bank account. You’ll also find a copy of this form at the EGM section of our website. In all cases, we always confirm that we’ve made a payment to you. |
In addition to your statutory voting rights including the right to attend the AGM and the payment of dividends, if you hold more than 500 'A' or 'C' ordinary shares, or more than 5,000 'B' ordinary shares, subject to certain terms and conditions, you may be eligible to receive a shareholder Inndulgence card.
