6 Nations terms and conditions

We’re giving you the chance to win two tickets to Wales vs Scotland at The Principality Stadium, Cardiff, on 14th March 2020, plus overnight stay and breakfast in a Fuller’s hotel and travel costs included. All you have to do is buy a pint of London Pride or Guinness during a Six Nations match, pick up a card when you do and enter your unique code at www.fullers.co.uk/rugby/enter. The competition closes on the 8th March and we’ll pick the winner on the 9th March.

1. The Fuller’s Six Nations Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Fuller’s (the “Promoters”) and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
2. Internet access required. Entrants must have a mobile telephone number and email address.
3. The Promotion is available on redemption card picked up at participating managed Fuller’s pubs upon the purchase of a pint of London Pride or Guinness.
 
Promotional Period:
4. The Promotion runs from 00:01 on 01/02/2020 (“Opening Date”) until 23:59 on 08/03/2020 (“Closing Date”).
 
How to Enter:
5. Entry is via the internet only. You will be required to register at https://www.fullers.co.uk/rugby/enter and enter the unique code printed on your redemption card.
6. Only valid unique codes will be accepted.
7. Each code can only be entered once and cannot be used for multiple entries.
8. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
9. In the unlikely event of an illegible code please contact [email protected] Proof of purchase may be required, please retain your receipt.
10. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
11. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries and illegible or defaced claims will not be accepted.
12. A maximum of 1 entry per person per day. Only individual requests will be processed. No bulk submissions. If we suspect any bulk entries your entry will be disqualified.

The Prizes:
2 x tickets to Wales vs Scotland at The Principality Stadium, Cardiff, in the Guinness Six Nations Championship. Prize also includes overnight stay and breakfast in a Fuller’s hotel on Friday 13th March plus travel costs to and from Cardiff from the hotel.
13. Prizes are by Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC. Any issue arising from the distribution of prizes will be dealt with directly with Fuller, Smith & Turner.

Winner Selection:
14. The winner will be drawn randomly after the closing date using a computer algorithm.
 
Winner notification:
15. Entrants will be notified by email and phone if they have won.
16. To accept the prize the winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving email notification of having won. It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure the response is sent within 24 hours of the winning notification. If the Promoter fails to contact the winner due to the incorrect information being supplied, they reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
17. Winners must retain their redemption card which contains the unique winning code entered.
18. The Promoter, or its appointed agents, reserves the right to verify all entries including, but not limited to, asking for address and identity details.

General:
19. The prize is specific and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative prize available in part or in whole, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless previously agreed with the Promoter, a winner is not permitted to transfer the right to take up a prize to anyone else.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all promotional matters.
21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
22. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
23. All valid entries will be given an equal and random chance of winning as all other entries when the T&C of the promotion are adhered to. Late, incomplete, illegible applications or those with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
24. By taking part in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will be required to take part in reasonable publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and / or image, statement made by the entrants concerning the promotion and / or prizes obtained as part of the promotion.

Limitations of liability:
25. Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any faults, failure or errors in electronic data transmissions.
b. Any unauthorised access to or theft, destruction or alteration to any prizes issued at any point during the operation of this promotion.
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the website or text site or any combination thereof.
d. Any loss, injury or damage to entrants upon acceptance, delivery and / or use of their prize.
26. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Conduct of entry:
28. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can consume responsibly to increase your chances of winning.
