Where to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend


The special extended bank holiday weekend will provide an opportunity for communities and people throughout the UK to come together to celebrate the historic milestone.

Our pubs will be celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with an incredible lineup of events, alongside the perfect drinks to clink and food to feast on. Whether it's a summery cocktail special, like our Jubilee Spritz, which we've created just for the occasion or something from our new Spring Summer menu, there are plenty of reasons to get together in your favourite pub for the Platinum Jubilee Weekend.

Some of our pubs will also be putting out a giant cake stand, filled with miniature cakes that, though small in size are big in flavour!


The Plough Inn, Ealing

A weekend of live music representing the Best of British at The Plough Ealing. See performances from The Vox Beatles, Carnaby Army, The White Duke and Billy Philips. Our friends at Meantime will also be there with a range of never seen before beers.


The Turk’s Head, Twickenham

Join Ollie and the team at The Turk's Head for The Platinum Jubilee Weekend with four days of fun and festivities to be had. There will be a BBQ on the Thursday in the pub’s recently refurbed garden and a singalong in the evening. 

Tuck into a Jubilee hog roast and BBQ in the garden on the Friday, with live music from Sugar T and The Swells. The celebrations continue on Saturday with an afternoon tea and Platinum Party in the Park on the Big Screens, as well as live music from a secret special guest.

Finally on Sunday, there will be a big Jubilee lunch with live music from Roland Rock and The All Beats.


The Chineham Arms, Basingstoke

Head to The Chineham Arms on Friday 3 June for an exciting day out that all the family can enjoy. There will be live music from 12 – 9pm as well as afternoon tea, BBQ, bouncy castle, face painting and children’s games. 


The Hind’s Head, Aldermaston

Join the team at The Hind's Head as they celebrate The Platinum Jubilee Weekend with an outdoor bar and BBQ for the lighting of the beacon in the village.


Thomas A Becket, Worthing

The Thomas A Becket are celebrating the Platinum Jubilee weekend with a weekend full of fun activities. The pub’s annual beer festival will take place across the weekend, so it will be even bigger and better than ever.

An afternoon tea will be available Thursday-Saturday 12-4pm as well as 10 local beers, a Meantime tap takeover and live music all weekend. Bring the children along, as we'll have plenty of kids entertainment and a magician on Sunday!


The King & Queen, Caterham

From Friday to Sunday at The King & Queen you can indulge in a three-day beer festival and BBQ, as well as live music in the carpark from 1 – 7pm and face painting, children’s entertainment and other fun activities.


The Woodman, Purbrook

The Woodman are celebrating the Platinum Jubilee weekend with three days of celebrations and activities for everyone to enjoy.

Thursday is pub golf day with a bouncy castle and games, enjoy family fun day with a bouncy castle and games, as well as a cake competition on the Friday and finish the weekend off with a garden "Street" Party with live music, bouncy castle and games on the Sunday. The pub are also inviting everyone to bring a party dish along as well.


The Bishop On The Bridge, Winchester

Join The Bishop on the Bridge as they celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Weekend with a street party theme. There will be live music each afternoon from 4pm, featuring The Bushwackers (2 June), Liam White (3 June), Lennon Taylor (4 June) and Jude Davison (5 June). 

Plus, on Friday the pub will have crown making for the kids and a Charity Coronation cake cutting ceremony. There will also be offers on Pimms and scones, prosecco and lemon drizzle cake, home infused Gin & Tonics and fish & chips and prosecco across the four days.


The Jolly Farmer, Alton

The Jolly Farmer have lots planned for the Queen’s Jubilee Weekend weekend so be sure to pop down if you’re a local. On the Thursday the pub is hosting a garden party with live music outdoors. On the Friday there is a Royal Family Pub Quiz. On the Saturday there is a petting zoo and portable ice cream bicycle provided by our friends at Laverstoke Park Farm.


The Links Tavern, Liphook

The Links Tavern are celebrating the long weekend, kicking off with family fun on the Friday which includes a magician from 3pm and kids’ street party at 5pm. Then there will be live music from The Drop Bears from 9pm.

The live music will then continue throughout the weekend with music from Three Peace Sweet from 9pm Saturday and Debbie Cobbet from 1pm Sunday.


The Old Customs House, Portsmouth

The Old Customs House is celebrating the Jubilee Weekend from Thursday to Sunday. There will be a beer festival throughout the weekend with up to 18 cask beer and ciders from many bespoke selected breweries such as local Gosport Brewery and Fallen Acorn.

There will also be live Music from Southsea Groove Collective Thursday at 5.30pm and Friday at 7pm and a resident magician for some family entertainment on the Sunday.
