What’s cooking at Fuller’s during Eat Out To Help Out

Throughout August, all Fuller’s Managed Pubs and Hotels, Bel & The Dragon and Cotswold Inns and Hotels are participating in the Eat Out To Help Out scheme. With a saving of up to £10 per customer on all meals from Monday to Wednesday, it’s the perfect excuse to get out and indulge that little bit more.

On top of the amazing discount, Fuller’s pubs are also offering special signature dishes, so diners can get even more bang for their buck. As well as serving traditional menu items, each pub will have its own summer specials. Here is a taste of what you could find at a Fuller’s pub near you in August.

What’s cooking at Fuller’s pubs during Eat Out To Help Out

24oz Côte de Boeuf sharer

There are plenty of steaks to sink your teeth into this summer. Choose from a variety of cuts starting from a 6oz fillet accompanied by Fuller’s famous triple-cooked chips, to a 24oz côte de boeuf sharer with portobello mushrooms, onion rings and confit garlic. The price of a steak can sometimes be a little off-putting but with up to £10 deducted from the price per person, now is the time to go big or go home!

Baked Chalk Stream trout

If seafood is more your thing, you have the choice of baked Chalk Stream trout with crushed new potatoes and samphire, grilled lemon sole with new potatoes, or crispy pan-fried seabass with sauteed courgettes, fennel, lemon and dill - all perfect with a crisp white wine on a warm summer’s evening.

Pine nut pesto crusted rack of lamb

Other signature dishes available across Fuller’s pubs include a pine nut pesto crusted rack of lamb with jersey royal potatoes, minted peas and an anchovy and caper butter. Or if you’re looking for a slightly lighter alternative, a chicken truffle linguine has also been added to the specials board.
So make the most of dining with us this month, with a saving of up to £10 per customer on all food and soft drinks. Better still, you don’t need to do anything to receive your discount - it will automatically be applied to your bill at the end. Remember, alcoholic drinks and service charges are exempt but you can use it in any size group and there is no minimum spend.
