What happens if a lose my card?
If you lose your Inndulgence Card please email inndulgence.cards@fullers.co.uk stating your full name and place of work (pub/brewery/Horndean) and one of the Inndulgence team will order you a new card.

What happens if my card is broken/cracked?
If your Inndulgence Card gets broken please email inndulgence.cards@fullers.co.uk stating your full name and place of work (pub/brewery/Horndean) and one of the Inndulgence team will order you a new card.

I've just started at Fuller's, when will I receive my Inndulgence Card?
You will automatically qualify for an Inndulgence card after you have completed three months service with the company, this will be automatically generated and sent out to the house/brewery.

I've been working at Fuller's for a while now but I haven't received my Inndulgence Card, what should I do?
If you have not received an inndulgence card but have been employed continuously for over three months then please email inndulgence.cards@fullers.co.uk

My card doesn’t swipe, what should I do?
If a Blue Inndulgence card does not swipe after 4 attempts, the best practise is to try a different card to see if it is the card or the till swipe that is faulty. If other cards do swipe, then you need to report the faulty card as broken. If you are finding that no cards are successfully swiping please contact jonathan.arundale@fullers.co.uk

I have just returned to Fuller's following a break from my employment, does my three months start from when I first joined Fuller's?
You need to serve three months continuous employment at Fuller’s to qualify for an Inndulgence Card. If you take a break from your employment at Fuller’s your three months will start again from the date you return.

I have recently changed my name, can my card be updated?
If for some reason you change your name (i.e. if you get married) please email inndulgence.cards@fullers.co.uk stating your full name (old and new) and place of work (pub/brewery/Horndean) and one of the Inndulgence team will order you a new card.

I have recently changed my place of work within Fuller's, do I need a new card?
If for some reason you change your place of work within Fuller’s (i.e. change the pub you work at) you may continue to use your card with your old place of work written on it.

I have a question regarding the Inndulgence Card which is not answered above, who should I contact?
