This 2/3 year programme will give you everything you need to manage one of our unique, quality pubs. You will build the expertise required to deliver Delicious Fresh Food, Outstanding Cask Conditioned Ales, Great wines and Engaging Service.
Our carefully designed programme begins in October each year. In each pub you will be coached and developed by one of our highly successful pub managers, many of whom have worked their way up through our business.
At the end of the prgramme you could be managing your very own business with a turnover in excess of £1 million per year.
