Royal Oak

The Royal Oak is a magnificent pub, which has just received a Michelin Star. In addition, the pub is one with an interesting story as it is owned by chat show legend Sir Michael Parkinson and his son Nick. The pub offers superb food (all freshly prepared using locally sourced produce) in a lovely environment with lots of comfy sofas and a blazing log fire. Now, here's the jewel in the crown...the pub plays host to some of the music industry's biggest names who perform in person, including James Blunt and Jamie Callum.
