The Company announces that following the transfer of 8,838 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme, the number of `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,327,610 of which 1,121,127 (3.36%) are Treasury Shares.
For reporting purposes under the Listing Rules, TR1 the market should exclude any shares held in treasury.
