Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 1,223 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the number of ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,328,833 of which 1,129,965 (3.39%) are Treasury Shares.
For reporting purposes under the Listing Rules, TR1 the market should exclude any shares held in treasury.
