The Company wishes to advise that Simon Emeny today exercised a Senior Executive Share Option over 12,243 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2004 at a price of £2.63 per share.
Mr Emeny then sold on the London Stock Exchange the 12,243 shares mentioned above, at a price of £5.70 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
