Transaction by PDMR
The Company wishes to advise that Marie Gracie, a PDMR, today exercised an Executive Share Option over 2,830 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to her in June 2003 at a price of £2.12 per share.
Ms Gracie then transferred 230 shares to her spouse.
Ms Gracie then sold on the London Stock Exchange the remaining 2,600 shares, at a price of £5.65 per share. Her spouse, Mr Kenneth Graham, has advised the Company that he also sold 230 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £5.65 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
