The Company wishes to advise that Paul Clarke today exercised a Senior Executive Share Option over 10,265 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2004 at a price of £2.63 per share.
Mr Clarke then sold on the London Stock Exchange the 10,265 shares mentioned above, at a price of £5.65 per share.
Mr Clarke is a Director of the Company and, as announced on 6 August 2007, he will retire on 30 April 2008. Hence he has only a limited period during which he will be entitled to exercise various share options held by him.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
