The Company announces that on 8th January 2008, it purchased for holding in Treasury 114,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £5.75 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding shares held in treasury is 32,162,792 ordinary shares.
