Changes in Board responsibilities from 1 January 2008
On 6 August 2007, Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. announced that Paul Clarke, Finance Director, would be retiring in April 2008, and that James Douglas would be appointed to the board on 10 September 200 7 as his designated successor.
Further to this, from 1 January 2008, James Douglas will be formally appointed as Finance Director. Paul Clarke will remain on the board until the end of April 2008 as Estates Director.
