Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 14,964 Treasury shares
from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the
issued share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,323,110 of
which 1,007,029 (3.02%) are Treasury Shares.
For reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market
should exclude any shares held in treasury.
