DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller, an Executive Director, has transferred 65,000 ‘B’ Ordinary 4p Shares in the Company to his wife.
Richard Fuller and his wife then sold 40,000 and 65,000 ‘B’ Ordinary 4p Shares in the Company, respectively at a price of £0.7655 each.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
