28-Sep-2012: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Michael Turner, an Executive Director, on 27 September 2012, exercised an Executive Share Option over 14,150 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2003 at a price of £2.12 per share.
Mr Turner sold 7,075 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 712p per share and transferred 7,075 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares to his wife. His wife then sold 7,075 shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 712p per share.
Mr Turner wishes to inform the market that the above sales were in relation to the funding of a property transaction.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
