The Company announces that on 6 September 2012, it purchased for holding in Treasury 51,000 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £7.10 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 1,033,638 (3.09%) are treasury shares.
