The Company wishes to advise that Peter Turner, a Divisional Director, has today exercised an Executive Share Option over 7,407 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2008 at a price of £4.05 per share.
Mr Turner sold 3,467 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 711.7491p per share and transferred 3,940 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares to his wife. His wife then sold 3,467 shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 711.7491p per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
