30-Mar-2012: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Simon Emeny, Group Managing Director, has today exercised an Executive Share Option over 6,022 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2006 at a price of £4.98 per share.
Mr Emeny then sold 6,022 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of £7.06 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
