The Company wishes to advise that Ian Bray, a recently appointed Executive Director, on Tuesday 6 March 2012, bought 1,250 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of 40p each in the Company at £6.95 per share. These are shares that he is required to purchase as qualifying shares under the Company’s Articles of Association.
