01-Mar-2012: Change to Chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller's") today announces that Alastair Kerr, one of the Company's independent Non-Executive Directors, has agreed to become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
Alastair joined the board of Fuller's in August 2011 and replaces John Dunsmore, Senior Non-Executive Director, as Chairman of the Committee, allowing John to concentrate on his role as Senior Non-Executive Director, a role he was
appointed to on the retirement of Nick MacAndrew on 29 July 2011.
