The Company announces that on 23 February 2012, it purchased for holding in Treasury 84,800 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £7.10 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 1,224,618 (3.66%) are treasury shares.
