15-Feb-2012: Treasury Shares Purchase and Transfer
The Company announces that on 15 February 2012, it purchased for holding in Treasury 45,000 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £7.08 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 1,118,224 (3.35%) are treasury shares.
