The Company announces that on 20 December 2011, it purchased for holding in Treasury 80,000 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £6.95 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 814,458 (2.44%) are treasury shares.
