The Company has been informed that its broker, Numis Securities, under the irrevocable, non-discretionary programme as outlined in the Company’s RNS of 30 September 2011, on 6 October 2011 purchased for holding in Treasury 20,000 shares at a price of 670p per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 356,791 (1.07%) are treasury shares.
