The Company announces that on 22 September 2011, it purchased for holding in Treasury 20,000 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £6.35 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,424,104 of which 243,741 (0.73%) are treasury shares.
