The Company announces that on 31 August 2011, it purchased for holding in Treasury 20,000 ‘A’ Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £6.50 per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding shares held in treasury was 33,049,156 ordinary shares.
