The Company wishes to advise that Michael Clist, a PDMR, on Wednesday 31 August 2011, sold 6,472 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of 40p each in the Company at £6.42 per share and 8,522 ‘B’ Ordinary Shares of 4p at £0.645 per share.
