The Company announces that following the transfer of 3,170 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued share capital for the ‘A’ ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,069,156 of which 354,948 (1.06%) are treasury shares.
