Purchase of own shares
The Company announces that today it purchased for holding in Treasury 50,000 “A” Ordinary shares of £1 each, at a price of £18.35 per share.
The issued share capital now stands at 13,311,236 shares, which includes 425,170 treasury shares.
For reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market should exclude any shares held in treasury, giving an issued share capital of 12,886,066 shares.
