The Company announces that on 26 July 2011, it purchased for holding in Treasury 40,241 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £7.00 per share. As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding shares held in treasury was 33,059,255 ordinary shares.
