The Company wishes to advise that it was notified on 12 July 2011 that Christine Susan Clist, a connected person of Mike Clist, a PDMR of the Company, sold on 7 July 2011, 8,555 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of 40p (‘A’ Ordinary Shares”) each in the Company at £6.65 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
