DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Andrew Bowen, a PDMR, on Friday 17 June 2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 2,410 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at a price of £3.67 per share. He also exercised an Executive Share Option over 1,005 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2006 at a price of £4.98 per share
Mr Bowen then sold 3,415 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of £6.60 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
