DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Elton Mouna, a PDMR, on Friday 10 June 2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 3,850 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at a price of £3.67 per share.
Mr Mouna then sold 3,850 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of £6.405 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
