The Company wishes to advise that Colin Simpson, a PDMR, has today sold 1,539 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of 40p (‘A’ Ordinary Shares”) each in the Company at £5.95 per share.
Colin also sold 7,825 ‘B’ Ordinary Shares of 4p each in the Company for £0.61p per share
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
