DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Richard John Roberts, a Director, on Friday
28 January, sold 5,500 `A' Ordinary Shares of 40p (`A' Ordinary Shares") each
in the Company at £6.20 per share and his wife Rosalind Roberts sold 4,500 `A'
Ordinary Shares in the Company, also at £6.20 per share.
Mr Roberts then re-purchased 1,600 `A' Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.20 per
share via his self invested ISA.
Mr Roberts also transferred 19,824 `A' Ordinary shares and 149,785 `B' Ordinary
Shares of 4p to his wife Rosalind Roberts.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
