Treasury Shares Purchase and Transfer
The Company announces that on 28 January 2011, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 10,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £6.20 per share
and 5,997 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £6.15p per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding
shares held in treasury was 32,725,101 ordinary shares.
