DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that David Spencer, a PDMR, on Friday 28 January
2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 5,020 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in
the Company, which were granted to him in July 2006 at a price of £4.98 per
share.
The Company also wishes to advise that Gary Anderson, a PDMR, on Friday 28
January 2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 1,910 `A' Ordinary 40p
shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2004 at a price of £
2.62 per share.
Mr Anderson then sold 1,096 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock
Exchange, at a price of £6.15 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
